• Vendor fee: $25 per vendor space, including entry for 2 people.
• Booking deadline: All vendor applications and payments must be completed by 22 August 2026.
• A vendor space is only confirmed once payment has been received.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. Spaces are limited and subject to approval.
• Vendors are responsible for their own stock, equipment, setup, and staff.
• Vendors must comply with all event, venue, health & safety requirements.
• The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury relating to vendor activities.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable once a space has been confirmed.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse or remove vendors who breach event rules or create an unsafe/inappropriate environment.
